In terms of quality inspection and control, ZDM has invested in USA imported Hexagon CMM and Brown Sharp CMM and measuring instruments such as 7-axis 3D scan measuring arms. For the raw materials, ZDM will do metallographic analysis,ultrasonic measurement, impact toughness test, hardness measurement and other tests,strictly control the quality of the material, and record the test results in the system completely and trackable.
